The short version: this website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services, measures nothing and advertises nowhere. That is why there is no consent banner. What does happen is written out below.

You may address him on any question about the processing of your data — in addition to us, or instead of us. Supervisory authorities can reach him there too.
Our host writes a log entry for every file requested. It contains the address requested, the date and time, the amount of data transferred, whether the request succeeded, the browser used and the IP address. We need these logs to run the site and to notice faults and attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure, working service. The logs are not combined with other data and are deleted after seven days at the latest.
If you send the form on the home page we store: your name, email address, optionally your company, your choices for type, timing and budget, your text, and the time. This goes into our database and is also emailed to info@mi-su.me so we can reply.
We do not store your IP address. Instead we keep a one-way checksum of it (SHA-256, with a secret addition). It serves one purpose only: limiting bulk submissions to three per hour. The address cannot realistically be recovered from the checksum, and it is used for nothing else.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and, where you tick the box, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We delete the enquiry once it has been dealt with and no legal retention duty applies — at the latest when you ask us to, informally and without giving a reason.
Just one thing is stored locally in your browser: your choice of language, so the site recognises it next time. It never leaves your device and needs no consent because you chose it yourself. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, in a German data centre. IONOS processes the data described above on our behalf under a processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
An informal message to info@mi-su.me is enough for any of these. You may also complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). As we have no establishment in the European Union, that is the authority where you habitually reside or work — in Germany, the data protection authority of your federal state.
