As soon as more than one device needs to see the same data, something has to sit in between. Accounts, orders, appointments, stock, reporting — none of that lives in the app, it lives on a server. We build that part so it still holds up when your user numbers multiply.

Where the data sits

In a data centre in Germany, on a contract in your name. That matters: when somebody files a GDPR request, you need to be able to say where the data is and who can reach it. We set things up so that answer stays short — and we write down what goes where in sentences you can read without a lawyer.

Encrypted connections, daily backups, separate logins, and a data processing agreement if you need one. That’s part of the price, not an add-on.

What it costs

You pay for the server itself directly to the provider — five to forty euros a month depending on size. We take nothing on top.
