Most providers write “on request”. We think you should know before the first phone call whether we’re anywhere near your range. Every figure below is the starting point for a fixed price — not an hourly estimate that grows later.
Almost never how it looks. What gets expensive is anything that has to talk to somebody else’s system, anything that moves money, and anything that has to keep working without a connection. If your budget is tight, that’s where to push: a version without those three often costs half, and you can extend it later.
Small jobs up to €1,000 are invoiced in one go after handover. Above that we split it in three: 30% on order, 40% at the halfway mark, 30% once it’s handed over. Payable within 14 days.
All prices are net of tax. As a company established outside Germany we invoice German business customers without German VAT; for consumers and sole traders we sort that out before quoting.
Fixed prices. After the first conversation you get a price and a list of what will be built for it. If the brief changes along the way, we discuss and price that separately.
Because nobody sits in between: no project manager translating, no concept phase billed on its own, no office in an expensive city centre. It isn’t less work — it’s less waste.
None from us. You pay the domain and the server directly to your provider, usually five to forty euros a month. Looking after things afterwards is optional and starts at €25 a month.
Tell us the figure anyway. A project can often be cut so the important half gets built now and the rest later. And sometimes the honest answer is that something off the shelf is cheaper for you — you’ll get that answer too.
Only for consulting and small changes, at €37.50 an hour. Projects run on fixed prices.
