How a development comes about.
Four steps, from the first idea to the finished part. MiSu Coins are reserved while you back a development, and you can leave at any time until it is finished.
Nothing is paid in the Lab — not in the apps and not on this page. It works with the MiSu Coins of your Midnight account, the same Coins as in Compass.

An idea becomes a development
A part is described: what it is, which cars it fits, a price per person and the number of backers it needs. A roadmap runs from concept and design through prototype, testing and approval to production.

Backers join, MiSu Coins are reserved
Joining reserves your share in your wallet. Nothing is spent yet — the MiSu Coins just cannot be used elsewhere while they are reserved.

The goal is reached
When the last place is taken, the development is funded and goes ahead. If someone leaves before it is finished, the place opens up again.

Built and delivered
When the part is finished, the reserved MiSu Coins are spent and the development is closed. Until then you can leave at any time and your MiSu Coins are released.

The Lab uses your Midnight account — the same one you use in Compass, Quests and Garage. Already signed in elsewhere on mi-su.me? Then you are signed in here too.
